We carry the following Les Mills program, Body Combat, Body Pump, Body Step, Body Balance, Sh’bam, RPM, Grit and Sprint. Aside from Les Mills, Sports Toto Fitness Group Exercise classes also boast of 4 different type of Yoga such as Flow, Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Ashtanga and Fitball Yoga. The ever popular dance fitness class, Zumba is also featured in our Group Exercise classes.
