Begin with a low step and follow our instructor as they coach you through the options. Starting with a BODYSTEP Athletic class is a good idea, as you won’t need to worry about coordination or fancy footwork. Whatever you do, give it five. Once you’ve got five BODYSTEP classes under your belt it’ll come naturally – just like riding a bike!
